In order to re-structure and organise the existing system for the consumer to pay the monthly bill and register complaint(s) related to power supply, Bill and Electricity theft M.P.M.K.V.V.C.L wanted to develop a mobile application in order to addressed the concern of the consumer and facilitate the consumer round the clock online.
1. To ensure that the consumers can register a complaint and track the status of the complaint.
2. To ensure that the consumers can make bill payment online and track the status of the bill payment.
3. To ensure that the consumers can provide confirmation on the resolution done on complaints register by them and provide their feedback.
4. The Consumer shall receive notifications related to various schemes or instructions for consumer floated by the department.
Henceforth, UPAY - Mobile Application has been developed for the consumers of MPMKVVCL belonging to rural as well as for urban areas so that consumer can address the concerns and facilitate the consumer 24 X 7.
