It is integrated with Estimate Management System & Payment Disbursement system to manage and companywide common empanelment of All 3rd Party Agencies. Systematic transformation was needed to make the process completely electronic from beginning to end.
e-MD is an integrale part of the system automated by using payment gateways offered by various banks, the other part requires to be handled with help of a dynamic contractor database.

In order to make it dynamic, the contractor database is interlinked to User Management System and other useful monitoring systems.

To prevent the problem of tender fixing and to eliminate the human interface in the bid submission process, MPMKVVCL has decided to make entire online process electronic. There are two items which are being submitted manually by the Bidders in the designated offices in every tender.
Systematic transformation is needed to make the online process completely electronic from beginning to end. While EMD part can be automated by using payment gateways offered by various banks, the other part requires to be handled with help of a dynamic contractor database.
