EXCELLENCE IN e- GOVERNANCE INITIATIVE IN M.P. AWARD 2013-14

E-governance in Madhya Pradesh and to provide institutional setup for implementation National e-governance Plan. To recognize and promote excellence in implementation of e-governance initiatives, MAP_IT on behalf of the Department of Information Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh presents Awards for excellence in e-Governance every year. Purpose of Award is to recognize IT Project implemented in government department / agencies / semi-government organization / corporation owned by state government, registered government societies which deliver citizen services to Masses in MP.

The awards have been instituted to:

• 1. Recognize the various Information Technology initiatives
• 2. Recognize achievements in the area of e-Governance
• 3. Disseminate knowledge on effective methods of designing and implementing sustainable eGovernance initiatives.
