“ANUBANDH” is the project initiated by MPMKVVCL, to re-engineering the existing process to overcome and built a strong framework for essentials in an organization.

ANUBANDH will be designed for empanelment & engagement of the Contractors, Vendors/Suppliers & Collection Agencies It is integrated with Estimate Management System & Payment Disbursement system to manage and companywide common empanelment of All 3rd Party Agency.

Systematic transformation is needed to make the online process completely electronic from beginning to end. While EMD part can be automated by using payment gateways offered by various banks, the other part requires to be handled with help of a dynamic contractor database. The Contractor Database will have license details, licensee details, work details, asset details, key personnel details etc. To make it dynamic, the contractor database would be linked to an integrated User Management System and monitoring system where in the current project status would automatically update the contractor’s profile from time to time as per transaction.

  • Common Registration & Management Portal will be provided single account to every 3rd Party Agency, from which they can register for multiple services.
  • 3rd Party Agencies can receive the new tender alerts on their registered mobile no. and email id.
  • They can view download the tender form, EMD and SD from their common account.
  • All the digitally signed documents uploaded by the 3rd Party Agency would be store in a Centralize Digital Library so no need to upload the same documents every time.
  • The winners of tender will be receive the digitally signed work orders on their common account.
  • Through Common Account registered 3rd Party Agencies can place their invoice online.
  • For User Authentication, ADHAR AUTHENTICATION SERVICES will be using to fetch the eKYC details of Authorized User.

Anubandh is the process wherein the manual tendering activity is carried out online using the Internet and associated technologies. Anubandh enables the user to introduce ease and efficiency without compromising the required procedures of the organization. Anubandh provides transparency, results in savings of time and money, shortening of procurement cycle, ease of operation to the implementing organization and to the vendors. In the initial phase, complete e Tendering Module will be implemented. While other supporting modules like catalogue management, contract management, e-payment and MIS will be implemented in the subsequent phases.
